History and heritage · Trago Azul

Loyalty to Tequila.

Loyalty to Tequila.

Trago Azul is born in the Valles de Jalisco, with the work and experience of the third tequila generation of the Gaytán family, led by Antonio Gaytán.

Its agave comes from two harvest zones: El Arenal, Jalisco, land tied to the family's tequila roots and knowledge, and San Juanito de Escobedo, the region that offered the hospitality and conditions to make this project real.

With Trago Azul, a family legacy continues, along with a tradition tied to the identity of Jalisco.

It is made by hand with the traditional methods that come from our first tequila generation, kept through the knowledge of our founding maestro.

Inherited practice and measurement share the process: we carry out studies, measurements, and applied research to understand and adjust each stage without changing ancestral methods.

From that comes the phrase with which we understand and make the tequila:

"Loyalty to Tequila".
